"Clean room and great location."

"parking not easy to find as the hotel is located on a car -free street.the girl from the reception came out the hotel to show us where to go exactly.issue with the their website or translation ( Japan /English and Japan/ French ) as we booked the hotel in advance and paid as well (5 month before our trip).When we asked in Decembre 2025 if meal was included they confirmed by email it was.Once in Japan they sent us an email the day before we arrive saying they noticed the breakfast and evening meal were in fact not included and they need additional money! as it was a Sunday we had no other choice to accept the increase. Our room was clean, quiet and all floors are made with tatami so you need to use sleepers provided to walk everywhere."

"We used the hotel elevating parking which is connected to the hotel. Within a minute of pulling up to the facility, front desk staff came out to assist with the parking. Additionally, when we notified the front desk that one of the washer/dryer machines was not working, again, staff arrived within minutes to get it working. Excellent location near restaurants and a short walk to the Kurashiki historical district. "

"Everything was great!! It was a bit confusing that there are 2 Domy Inn in the city. We went to the wrong one first. Then when we were checking in at the correct one, a couple was told they were in the wrong hotel. Maybe they need to think about naming a bit different…"

"The hotel is located on a hillside not far from Miyaura Port. In the morning, rooms with balconies offer beautiful views and sunrises. Walking to the port doesn’t take long, and along the way you can see the red pumpkin and white birdcage illuminated by lights, creating a unique atmosphere in the evening. Our stay was truly heartwarming, and we wish to extend our deepest gratitude to Shimasaki-san, she went above and beyond to assist us, and her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression. We sincerely hope this kind-hearted lady, who treasures art museums yet is even more devoted to her work in hospitality, finds great success in the future."
