"I ended up booking this hotel last minute after checking into a different hotel that was not clean and unsuitable to stay in. The staff were very friendly and the private room was just what I needed. I also used the laundry facilities which were clean and had three machines available. "

"They advertised having several restaurants one of which was the buffet which they charge over ¥5,000 for and they weren't even serving anything other than dessert and one type of meat even though they advertised it as having many different types of food. Only one of the other restaurants was open and there is only one other restaurant in town that serves dinner. The rugs and sheets and everything were stained and the hallway rugs looked like they hadn't been cleaned since installation 30 years...
