Nice sea view hotel

Hotel close to Takamatsu station, and food selection in nearby, easy to accss the train, tram, bus and ferry here. I got the room with sea view, it is very nice.

Great location

This girl is in a great location, minutes from the train station and right next to the ferry wharf. Our basic twin room had a great view over the waterfront and the Takamatsu Castle Park. The included breakfast was basic but filling.

The two food choices, American or Japanese breakfasts, were just ok compared to other hotels we stayed in at Sapporo and Osaka. The young lady who cleaned our room was efficient and did an excellent job! We loved the convenience to the JR Station! It is easily walkable in 5 minutes or less!

It's a pretty new hotel, right next to the JR Clement Hotel (Clement and Clement Inn are two different hotel buildings). Ita narrow shape is very recognizable once you stepped out of theTakamatsu Station. There are some shopping and food options right at the station, plus there are plenty of eateries and restaurants around the area. There is a 7-Eleven at the ground floor. A short 10-15 min walk or a couple of bus stations away you will find a few shopping streets and they are all in pretty good shape with some nice stores. One side of the hotel has ocean/port view by the way.

Everything was tip top! I arrived before check in and the front desk stored my bag; there was a quiet workspace just across from the reception. Breakfast was at a Japanese restaurant next to the hotel; they offered a full compliment of dishes: Japanese omelette, fish, sautéd vegetables, rice and meat choices, and excellent coffee, too. There was a public bath on floor 9 with an advisory that some bath times may be busy. In my room, everything worked from the heat, to the lights to the electrical outlets. It was a single room, on the small size, but I has adequate room to move about with my suitcase open. The front desk was most accommodating. High marks for this hotel, which is situated next to the iconic Clement Takamatsu, but has its own charm. I stayed three nights and would happily return. K Zurich Fung
