Property is newly renovated with new appliances - new Washer and dryer for your convenience, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Newly renovated, spacious with modern furnishings.

We require valid ID upon booking and names of anyone 18 and older. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay.

No pets allowed and No Smoking, Our community is smoke free, strictly no smoking or vaping in or around the neighborhood premises. $250 fine for violation

For bookings that are 28 days or more, we will send you a separate addendum for the rental agreement.
