It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven).」

「Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help...

I did veeify it was hair or dried up urine in both places with tissue and it was... when house keeping came around, I asked if they could.come back that we would be gone between 9-5. He said maybe.
