"The place is not clean, especially the pool, which is also not heated. There were crumbs and broken tiles in the elevator and all the carpets look dirty. The coffee machine was broken, so there was no coffee at breakfast. Not worth the rate we paid."

Front desk people nice, just useless at keeping clean facilities. Room smelled terrible. Sheets seemed clean. Small hole in wall, toilet handle very loose & stopped flushing. People in room below us shouting until 3am. The place is just not cared for."

"The desk clerk was rude, gave me two keys to one room when I had paid for two, and only one non-smoking room was available. The smoking room hadn’t been cleaned in a while and Theodore’s terrible. The coffee pot in the bin-smoking room didn’t work. This was a horrible experience. I don’t expect this from Hotels.com. "
