「Friendly staff. Doing upgrades to outside areas.」

「We walked into our room looked around and left. We checked into another hotel for the night. We have never done something like this before. The room wasn’t clean, the linens didn’t look clean and it didn’t appear to be a safe hotel to stay in. The hotel looked very different in person from the pictures online.」

「Wouldn’t let me check in at 3 pm, room wasn’t ready till after 5 pm! Elevators did not work. They had some sort of altercation in the back parking lot, illegals I’m assuming, none of them spoke English!」

「The staff were very professional and helpful. The 4th floor had been remodeled and the rooms were very nice with comfortable beds.」

「The pictures don't do it justice. It is decorated so cute . It's very clean and well stocked. Nice plush towels and fantastic showers. Beautiful scenery. Close to food and entertainment. We will stay here again!」
