"I always enjoy my time at Blue Mountain. Spring Fall or Winter. The resort was lower in attendance because of weekend weather so we were able to get a complimentary upgrade which was a very nice positive for my son and I. Staff were friendly and professional everywhere we went. "

There’s also a fantastic restaurant on the ground level, Oliver & Bonacini Grill, with delicious food. "Despite Expedia advertising that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were open, we found out on arrival that all were closed due to renovations. The vending machine was also out of order. Worse, the strong paint fumes permeated the entire hotel, including the room. In -14°C we slept with the heat off and windows open to try and minimize the toxic smell. The staff were welcoming and friendly, despite working / breathing in paint fumes. They provided us with a brown bag breakfast in lieu of a continental breakfast. It would have been extremely helpful if Expedia / Quality Inn had advised us of the current conditions in advance."
