"The house is located in the Windmark Beach community. It was a lovely house filled with natural light and spacious, clean rooms located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It was a short walk to the beach, and to the windmark shops. It was a pleasant surprise to find beach chairs, a canopy beach sun tarp, and a beach wagon to carry everything in. "Definitely a good place to stay in the area. Just needs a desperate carpet cleaning. Upon arrival there were three obvious pet stains in the master bedroom carpeting that I had to clean. Otherwise good place. Needs to be repaired. There are several areas throughout the unit that have been bandaged vs actually repaired. All cosmetic, but makes you feel like you aren’t getting your money’s worth on the value paid vs expected value from the pictures. It’s understandable being a pet friendly unit but the cleaners should do better job is all. We always choose pet friendly due to our buddy that tags along but this one was a little lacking in sanitation. Again it’s pet friendly so we were surprised but not shocked. The grounds are very nice and very easy access to beach and pools."

"The front staff was amazing! From arriving early and being able to check in right away was just the cherry on top after a lengthy drive. After the first night of freezing in the room, I was able to run downstairs and Tristan (GM) hooked me up with allll the blankets AND towels since housekeeping was a bit confusing. We loved having the perfect ocean view. I watched the sun rise every morning there. Direct beach access is a dream when all you want is to park and not leave - Driftwood met that expectation! Everything was clean. The elevator was fast (IYKYK). Loved having access to a huge ice machine, cheap laundry services and the cutest gift shop. We didn’t get a chance to just sit and swing on the porch but it was adorable. They have a nice shower off post beach right before the ramp which made going to the rooms nice, clean and easy. We ate at Shipwreck (recommended by one of the front desk ladies) and it was good. Lots of little shops around. I’m already planning my next trip but this time with a stove. IF I had to make any con it would be that if you were on the end or next to an end room your balconies are not as private - you’ll be able to say hi to your neighbor. Overall, 10/10. Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff was a bit divided as far as how they treated us as their guest. The lady whom checked us is was very nice untill the next time we tried to check in . She told us we was placed on the do not rent to list because we didn't leave the room till 1:30 the previous stay however I specifically asked for later check out . They also didn't knock on the door or call the room untill then so we didn't know they didn't charge us for the late check out untill then. The young lady that worked not the next day but the next was very kind friendly and helpful tho . I think her name was sam."

"Thank goodness for pet friendly but I think the price for a little dog 12 pounds Chihuahua mixed it was $100. I think that was kind of steep and I could see it. It was if it was for a big dog, but it is what it is I will be staying there again. It’s nice brand new one year old."
