I politely asked them multiple times to lower their voices, but they ignored my requests and continued making noise. Their lack of consideration made it difficult to relax and negatively impacted my experience at the hotel."

"Property is run down. Room was fine, it didn't have a hair dryer and we called the front desk and said we would have to come and get it because he was doing paperwork. The ice machine is currently broken. I came to the conclusion people live at this property. People were smoking weed outside of the rooms. Location was okay, there were two chains on my door if that tells you anything. I paid $92 for one night and I should have booked a hotel a few miles closer to Seatac."

"Definitely an average 3-star hotel. Found the room to be awkward and lacking. Supposedly it had just been renovated, but it wasn’t great. Only the shower/toilet area was closed off by a loud barn door that didn’t close all the way. The beds had divots, and the closet area was very cumbersome. It felt like a girl’s college dorm room. The check-in staff had some kind employees, but most of them were surly and annoyed at having to help us. They charge a $100 deposit PER NIGHT for incidentals (?) It is refundable, but that’s a lot. And they don’t have mini-bars in the room. The property itself is pretty run down. A disappointing experience really. I think for one overnight stay, you might be fine, but we stayed for a week and will definitely book elsewhere in the future."
