We stayed during the June 2026 heatwave. The room air con was poor (it was cooler In the corridor than the room) and their in house electrician was unable to make it any better. One of the electric sockets was inextricably linked to the main light switch, so we could not have a fan running at night. There was no safe in the room (apparently it “must have been removed“) so we had to use the lobby safe deposit box. However the hotel was clean, considerable, breakfast was reasonable continental buffet style and cheaper than going to a nearby cafe

Great hotel close to Grand Place. Good size room with everting you need except fridge/mini bar. There was a communal fridge in the reseption. Great staff, they where very helpful

"I have no idea why this place is allowed to list such place on hotels.com. the room was not clean, the shower was broken in hot weather I had to shower in a broken shower...no staff was at the reception so no one was there to help. "We were here for two nights. Room was good, bathroom good and shower. Mattress could have been updated but sleep was ok. Only other minor issue was room fan/ac didnt really seem to do much. Breakfast buffet was really good and staff were helpful. Would stay here again."
