Room was clean except the mildew in the shower. Taking a shower this morning only to find the body wash dispenser empty and had to wash with shampoo instead. The balcony was covered in spider webs and leaves, so we couldn’t enjoy it. The room was cold and damp. The thermostat in room are non-functional. Everything in the hotel is on 1 system controlled by staff. The shrubbery was overgrown and made it hard to traverse from the lobby to handicap parking without walking on the driveway, which had trash and food smashed on it.
The staff was polite, and professional. The lobby and conference areas were immaculate.
