- There is no central air conditioning, but there are two mini split units to keep the home cool during the summer. During the winter months, there is baseboard central heating to keep you warm.
- This property has two exterior security cameras: one facing the driveway and fire pit, and another facing the main level entry door. Both are motion-activated and record video and audio.
- The waterfront is beautiful and you'll enjoy full views of the endless parade of boats. You can bring a kayak or canoe to toss in the water. There is no boat dock.
- The four-season porch does not have direct heating/cooling. You can use this room year-round, but will need to leave the doors open for the heating/cooling to reach.
