"A really comfortable and charming property. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was also good (even for me with a bad back). The location is superb - in a quiet valley, an easy walk to Bolton castle and just a stroll to Aysgarth waterfalls. As a map will show, really close to Wensley and Leyburn with nice pubs. Juliet and David were very friendly hosts (as were the sheep)."

The owner did his best to accommodate our needs during our short stay, and is still finding his feet a little having only recently taken on the business. Food options were limited when we arrived, particularly for our two fussy children, so we did eat elsewhere that night, but the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good,...

"A lovely designed cottage in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our long weekend stay for our son’s Birthday. We went on a couple of walks whilst we were there and the family relaxed at the cottage with added bonus of a hot tub to relax after the walks. We must also give a big mention to michael whose communication was first class, helping us with anything we needed and even suggesting to do and local taxi services. Prior to the stat and during he was always there to assist with anything we asked."
