「The staff was wonderful and good to bounce ideas off of. I was comfortable here and the places is easily walkable to beaches on each side of the city along with plenty of bars and restaurants. I enjoyed Punta del Este more than Montevideo despite being a bit of a history guy and generally liking capital cities. Also, Jose Ignacio is a short trip up the coast and it's absolutely beautiful there.」

Recognizing that this is an older hotel and may appear a little bit rustic, it is in the best location imaginable. It is a short walk too. The port and the dining options in the neighborhood are spectacular. It is a family run operation with friendly staff. You’ll also love to meet Rosie the poodle who greets everybody when they arrive.」
