Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com

We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite.
Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable.
