Hotels usually scan my credit card for any extras in the room but here they actually charged my card $300 that I should get back in five to ten business days??
Hard Rock hotel Ottawa is out in the country, they little or no facilities for a normal morning breakfast or lunch.
If you want a decent tea or coffee and donut it’s 15 kilometres away.」
