Complimentary beverages were great. Laundry is available on site but because of the combo washer/dryer design, clothes just didn’t come out dry. Nice exercise room with high end equipment."

"Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals we won! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"
