"ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。 無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。 一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。 "

"全体的に綺麗で家具、家電も綺麗で設備も良く清潔感もあってよかったです！ アメニティもとても充実しています。 前日になっても当日になっても、チェックインの方法とか何も連絡が来ないので本当に泊まれるのか不安でした。こちらから連絡してようやく返事が来たので残念です。 立地は通りから奥まった所にあり、家を見つけるのに時間がかかりました。 駐車場はなく、1番近いと案内されたパーキングはルタオのお客様専用と書いてあって入れられませんでした。残念です。 リビングのストーブは良かったですが、広さがあったのでその一台ではキッチン側までは温まらなくて寒かったです。"
