Loved the decor, very clean and inviting. Only con was the bathroom was outside of the apartment and no microwave. I would recommend staying here, it's close to everything you could want and need.

Very nice apartment in Oswiecim. We stayed in number 6. We felt safe and liked that there was a gate to close to the parking lot. We missed some information about where to put the garbage, glass bottles, etc. We had wifi for approx 1,5 of 5 days in the apartment. We went to the Galjicia to tell them about the problem, but it didnt solve anything. We had a paper in the door with the same password we had used from the beginning. We had one day in Krakow to see Schindlers factory. Very interesting. We had a guided tour in Auschwitz (the guide was too busy for us). We booked a boat trip on the Sola / Wisla river. Very nice. We also went fishing. A bit difficult to figure out, but with the help of nice locals we found out where to go and how to buy a fishing license.

The property its self is faultless really nice and clean, down a nice quiet street close to the old town square. The only problem is that the check in and check out is 3km away which with suitcases is not possible so a taxi is needed. It would be nice if the hotel had a shuttle bus/car to pick you up and drop you off. They were very helpful in ringing us a taxi and did ring back to see if it had picked us up and kept us informed of the arrival time. A 20/30 minute walk to the museum of Auschwitz.

Horrible Receptionist

The receptionist was most horrible in behaviour. So much so, that I would rather prefer Airbnb going forward where you don’t even expect any reception, rather than having such a person with hostile body language.

Liebes Hotelteam, ich möchte gerne einige Anmerkungen zu meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel teilen. Leider waren einige Dinge nicht so, wie ich es erhofft hatte. Das Personal schien ein wenig unfreundlich zu sein, und das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Ich habe auch bemerkt, dass es Spinnweben über dem Bett gab. Am letzten Tag hatte ich leider ein kleines Missgeschick, als ein Mitarbeiter mit seinem Auto in mein Auto gefahren ist und dann einfach abgehauen ist. Zum Glück konnten wir ihn ausfindig machen und den Vorfall der Polizei melden. Ich hoffe, diese Anmerkungen helfen Ihnen dabei, Ihren Service zu verbessern. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit. Superfint boende med privat parkering innanför grindar. Nära Auschwitz dit vi skulle så perfekt boende om man ska dit. Trevligt torg med restauranger och barer inom gångavstånd. Lite krångligt att man behövde hämta och lämna nycklar på ett annat hotell men det var också nära så fungerade fint.

Indtjækning et par kilometer væk

Man skal tjække ind på et hotel, som ligger et par kilometer fra stedet. Det er lidt bøvlet - ikke mindst når man som i mit tilfælde får opgivet en forkert adresse på det sted, hvor man skal parkere. Men vi fandt det da. KZ Auschwitz har efterhånden udviklet sig til et rent turisthelvede. Overvej at tage til Majdanek i stedet.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem sehr schönen modernen Apartment! Wir haben 6 Nächte doch übernachtet und es wurde sogar einmal sauber gemacht! Die Bettwäsche riecht angenehm und hat nicht diesen typischen Waschmittel Industrie Geruch! Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Lebensmittelladen wo man 7 Tage die Woche einkaufen kann! Zudem liegt das Apartment sehr zentral und einige Restaurant sind in der Nähe oder fußläufig zu erreichen! Das einzige was man wissen, muss ist, das wenn man den Schlüssel abholt ist es etwas entfernt von der Wohnung, nämlich in einem Hotel! Ansonsten sind wir super zufrieden und werden dort, wenn’s möglich ist 2021 wieder übernachten!

The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s clean, well located and has private parking. Perfect if you’re hiring a car and exploring Poland. Other reviews complain about the different location check-in but we didn’t see this as an issue. Fantastic experience and we loved every minute of our stay.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos donc bien soigné. Il y a un parking avec portail automatique qui s'ouvre avec la clé. Il y a une place par appartement. Il n'y a pas de four ou de micro onde ce qui n'est pas très pratique pour cuisiner. Il n'y a pas non plus de cafetière, juste une bouilloire comme souvent. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'insonorisation du coup on entend les gens dans la rue. Le point le plus négatif est le système de check in / check out dans un autre établissement, ce n'est pas pratique du tout.

StayPolska hides the fact you have to pick up the keys 1.6 km (1 mile) away. I even spoke to the hotel two days before and it was not mentioned. I arrived in the town by bus, walked for 2 km in pouring rain to the address—which has no street signage. I called the number, I was told to walk 1.6 km to get the key and 1.6 km back at 10 p.m. The woman on the phone was rude and would not answer my calla later. Avoid this property and stay at the Hampton. I did.

Fajny apartament

Bardzo ładny apartament, nowocześnie urządzony ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Jedyne co mi przeszkadzało to nieciekawy widok z okna (na mur) i związku z tym, że był to parter było dość duszno. Ogólnie czysto choć przydałoby się aby osoba sprzątająca przetarla czasem stoliki nocne i stolik kawowy które kleiły się po poprzednich lokatorach. Obsługa w porządku.
