One of the greatest breakfast in the whole Europe!

The highest class hotel in Ostrava, but unfortunately the day of our visit during midnight there is out break of electricity, one of the greatest breakfast in the whole Europe!

I had a good size room on the 5th floor (#511) that was nice for Ostrava though I could not get the room cooler than 22c. Breakfast was decent in the morning.

The hotel location was excellent and had adequate parking for guests. The restaurant in the hotel served an excellent breakfast and had a nice area to sit outside. Our room needed to be updated, the carpet was very faded and stained. The shower also needed some work. It needed new caulking and the shower base was cracked.

10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens. Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!

Ich schreibe lieber auf Tschechisch, weil kein einziger Mensch im Hotel Deutsch spricht. Genauso keine einzige Speisekarte auf Deutsch, Probleme mit Personal direkt an der Rezeption, absolut unfähiges Verhalten, von nichts eine Ahnung. Finde ich sehr schade, weil ich selbst in Ostrava sehr lange gewohnt, studiert und gearbeitet habe. Na muj pobyt, i kdyz to nebyla dovolena, jsem se velice tesila. Problemy nastaly uz pri vjezdu do Tiefgarage, kde jsme meli reservovane misto. U vjezdu jsme museli u naseho auta (BMW) stahnout bocni zrcadka, z kazde strany zustalo pouhych 10 cm mista. 2/3 mist v garazi jsou dauerhaft reserviert (?!!), mista na parkovani s minimalni vzdalenosti k vedlejsimu autu, takze nastanou problemy pri nastupovani a vystupovani. Auta se za posledni desetileti zmenila. Na tuto skutecnost ovsem hotel Imperial nebere zretel. Garaz je spinava, zaprasena, neudrzovana. Co takhle vycistit a misto 3 parkovacich mist nanest pouze dve?? Dalsi problem nastal okamzite u recepce, kde jsme byli jsme s manzelem jako jedini hoste, presto se nam temer 10 minut nikdo nevenoval. Sluzbu konajici zamestnanec pocital radeji kupu 2 korunovych minci, jeho kolegyne nevedala, co ma delat. Po 20 minutach jsme konecne mohli po 9-ti hodinove jizde do pokoje, ktery byl prostorny a cisty. U snidane jsem objednala cerstve vymackanou pomerancovou stavu, a to 3 dny po sobe. 2x jsme nedostali Rechnung (predpokladam, ze se jedna o sluzby hotelu, posledni den ale - 300 Kc. Jak to funguje?

Très bon hôtel à Ostrava

Très bon impression générale. La chambre est confortable, le lit est bon, la salle de bain est très bien (douche italienne). Le wifi est très bon. Le parking (payant) est aisé, l’hôtel est au centre de la ville et facilement accessible. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bons, la nourriture est excellente et variée. Je recommande.
