「当初の部屋の洗面所に不具合が生じた際、すぐに別の部屋を用意してくれたり、キーの調子が悪い時には設定のし直しとともに別途ラウンジのキーを渡してくれたりと、種々快適に過ごせるような対応を素早くスタッフの判断でできるようにしているようで、好感が持てた。 ただ、入口が階段なので、重い荷物を持ちあがるのが少し厄介。」

「This hotel is situated at little bit outer of central Ostrava, but we use trams or buses,we can easily reach this hotel. This hotel has also a tennis court, spa,bowling lanes.and a restaurant..so Ostanva people come and pleasure at weekend.Breakfast are very delicious I think nearly French level qualities.and staffs are helpful and good face with smile because of I saw many people with no small in Czech.Clean room staffs works good job.」

「歩いて５分ほどの場所にAlbertというスーパーがあり、買い物には便利。ただ英語が通じない。。もっと時間があれば地元のパン屋やカフェに行きたかったです。部屋にポットが無かったためフロントにお願いすると、深夜にもかかわらず、併設するレストランからポットにお湯を入れて持って来てくれました。翌朝のタクシー手配も問題なし。念のためoverchargeされないかと聞いてみたところ、運転手を良く知っているため心配ないとのことでした。施設は年季が入っていますが、清潔に保たれており、心地よい滞在となりました。」
