Heel mooi hotel,kamers zijn heel netjes,mooi restaurant,fijne bediening,jammer dat er mensen in het hotel in de kamer roken waardoor als je ligt te slapen het brand alarm afgaat en je echt heel erg schrikt ,het duurt lang eerdat het gereset is ,daarna heb je zoveel adraline in je lichaam dat slapen moeilijk word ,jammer

Ottimo hotel immerso in una area verde. Ottimo il servizio sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno dalla receptio alla pulizia delle camere passando dal ristorante. Tornero sicuramemte se saro in zona. Ottima la possibilità di fare la spremuta di arance a colazione.

We hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt gezien we voornamelijk in het hotel waren om te overnachten. Uiteindelijk bleek dat in deze kamer beide matrassen kapot waren. De nacht die daarop op volgde was matig gezien een van ons niet goed daarop kon slapen. De dag erna melding gemaakt en dit werd meteen opgelost met een nieuwe grotere kamer waar alles in orde was. Jammer is dat je hier dan twee maal melding van moet maken en er geen excuses wordt aangeboden. Je voelt je, los van de geboden oplossing, niet helemaal serieus genomen. Uiteindelijk toch een goed weekend gehad met prima ontbijt in de ochtend.

Hôtel 4 Etoiles - services à améliorer

Hôtel au calme et en retrait de la ville de Oss . Attention réservez votre taxi à l'avance si vous en avez besoin d'un à la Gare de Oss à votre arrivée. Personnel de la réception pourrait être plus souriant et aimable. Petit déjeuner et personnel restauration très bien. Pour un 4 étoiles , juste un distributeur de savon dans la salle de bain , aucun kit comme on a l'habitude de trouver dans les hotels de cette catégorie , pas de miroir pour se maquiller.
