「Staff was helpful both at check-in and check-out. The property met my expectations regarding what to expect from a Hyatt Place. We stayed at this location on our return home. We'd previously stayed at the Hyatt Place by the Albuquerque airport and it did not meet our expectations of Hyatt Place quality. We sought a new place to stay upon our return because of it.」

「The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’d love to get some of my own. Really nice stay, very nice room. Awesome pillows.」

「It is a good location for the balloon fiesta. They have washer and dryer available. The shampoo and conditioner are too small to actually use for one person, bring your own. Coffee had been splattered by the sink but not cleaned. The bathroom was redone but the bathtub mat was old.」

「Very noise with the freeway no one could sleep so if you stay ask to sleep on the side away from the freeway」

「Was very nice」

「Everything worked out very well for us, The suites are well equipped with full kitchens. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking is well lit and convenient.」
