「This place was a tremendous surprise. First of all the location is great: a safe, upscale neighborhood. After a long road trip, Stephen welcomed us at the front desk when we came to check in late. He was extremely helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I had waffles and my son had biscuits and gravy. 「I have booked a room described as "1 King bed with Recliner". However, entering the room we found an office chair only. We are 2 people intending to spend 2 nights/3 days in the room so I asked at the front desk about "Recliner", or any chair. They looked puzzled. Since I insisted that we need another chair, a guy was sent to grab an office chair from another room. Anyway, since then we were not trusting this place to match the price of $100/night. It is very run down, not being taken...
