"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. A very luxurious room. The room with the onsen was so spacious and had two comfy beds, a tatami room with a tv and the onsen itself was amazing. Every amenity you need was already there plus more surprises. Everything was so neat and clean as well. Just a wonderful and relaxing experience all around. Thank you!"

"It is the staff and surroundings that make this hotel. The reception team could not do enough for us. The hotel has an unusual Hawaiian vibe. Be aware that the hotel is dated cosmetically but nothing that dented our enjoyment. The breakfasts were amazing and the best we had during the whole trip."

"Outstanding stay- staff went above and beyond to make sure we were good. View from our deck was stunning. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The indoor Onsen was amazing. I wish we could have booked another night. Thank you for your service !"

"This is a beautiful hotel with good rooms and a communal Onsen with good views of Atami’s beach and the bay or ocean. Their policies are rigid! They will let no one. check in before 3 pm. That policy is extremely frustrating for guests who arrive before 3. No flexibility. The nightly rates are way too high. Still, a good hotel with eager staff to assist you. ."

"The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We loved the food and the overall experience, definitely a 10/10 all around and one of the best parts of our trip to Japan."
