西九条の駅から飲食店やスーパーがある通りを抜けて徒歩5分程の住宅街の中にあり、便利で静かな場所にありました(線路が近いため、電車の音はします。でも、そんなには気にならない程度。感じかたに個人差はあるかも)。部屋は落ち着いたインテリアで、必要十分。家族でUSJへ行くための宿泊でしたが、駐車場も近く、部屋ではリラックスできて良かったです。ただ、私は支払いを現金でしたのですが、支払い方法の案内が事前にも到着後もなく、夜9時過ぎに電話で、今から徒歩5分程離れた場所にあるフロントに支払いに来るよう告げられたのは驚きました。支払い方法やアメニティの明示などは、改善を望みます。

A good place to stay in Osaka

Our stay at this hotel was great, the place was near universal studios, and was just a few minutes walk to other local destinations. The room was comfortable, we had our own kitchen and laundry area. However there was no elevator, we were all seniors and our room was on the third floor. But other than that we had a great time 😊

駅近で便利でした

駅から5分ほどの場所にあり、ホテルというより家という感じでした。アメニティも豊富でしたし、過ごしやすかったです。Wi-Fiもしっかり使えました。コンセントが各ベッドの近くにあるのもいいですね。 ただお部屋が乾燥しやすいなと思いました。加湿器とかがあると嬉しいです。 全体的にはとても満足です。チェックインの際にフロントに行かなくても良いのがいいですね。

Very nice to stay here!

非常乾淨、接待親切、用品也相當齊全。不知道為什麼wifi訊號強但是網路都跑不動。整體來說一切都非常好，不想回家了！
