This was my second time staying at this stay. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. This room doesn't come with a washing machine but some of the other rooms available do and there is a coin laundry 2 mins away. Hotel staff are always responsive and accommodating.

Great location to touring. Issue getting code for room as well as getting dry towels during stay but other than that it was a good room and staff were friendly when around.

Clean spacious room with fridge, kitchenette, sink, and washer in the room. The staff were very responsive and got us set up to pick up the room key as soon as we arrived. The room had towels, laundry powder, lots of hangers, and it was very helpful that there was extra recycling and garbage bins (and a scale we could use to weigh our luggage) in the landing by the elevator door.

About a 10 minute walk to the subway tricky of you have luggage there are not escalators The room wasn’t quiet the road noise was a bit loud The room was large and had a washing machine super bonus!!! Lots of restaurants Fantastic AC unit!!!

Would stay here again!

We liked the convenience of having more space than a japan hotel room. It was walking distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon market. There were a lot of great restaurants in the area. We were also able to wash our clothes which is a major plus. The hotel was great at communication and was so gracious to arrange for our luggage to be delivered to our next destination.

This hotel was good value for money. I stayed here with my husband and two teenage daughters in July 2025 and we loved the location. There is no front desk/lobby. Make sure to check your email/messages before arriving for instructions on how to check in. If you need to call the staff answers the phone right away and will come down instantly to help. I appreciated having enough space for 4 people, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, and an in-suite washing machine.

stay was great, and allowed us to check in an hour earlier, as we were incredibly hot from carrying our luggage. They were incredibly helpful and were eager to help in case we needed anything, and we had nothing to complain about!

The property was clean and had good amenities including a separate bath and toilet, a washing machine and a stove top. The area around the hotel was also quiet and safe with being walking distance to the Dontonburi street. The staff was also responsive and resolved all of our concerns promptly.

The place is excellent, except for the bed, it was very old or damaged so the rest was zero, and the pillows were very thin, I had to put a shirt on a cushion to be able to sleep more or less. Resting in Japan is something essential after long walks during the day, it is something you should pay attention to. Everything else, the place is perfect.

I like the strong water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. Great and easy communication with property management. Easy access to train stations and Dotonborri. What is missing are the clothes dryer and iron. Everything else is great.
