「Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !」

「Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in der Casa Francesca. Das Appartement Rosmarin war sehr angenehm. Die Küche bestens ausgestattet, die Betten gut. Eine herrliche Ruhe, der parkähnliche Garten, die Olivenbäume und die gepflegten Pflanzen. Bei der großen Hitze tat der Pool gut, auch hier alles bestens gepflegt. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg aus diesem Paradies. Unsere Gastgeber Helmi und Peter waren sehr herzlich. 」

「Even before we arrived, Donatella made sure to have snacks and water for our arrival that were vegan, not easy in small towns! The night we arrived, very late, with the kind enthusiastic permission of Donatella, we came down with Covid! Our first time. Donatella and her sweet husband were so kind to us as we spent 10 out of 12 days there in isolation! The day after I asked where they had purchased a special, fruit-only Blueberry jam, Patrick brought it to our door! They had driven to a town...

「Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall.」

「This property is beautiful and the holy grail of places in this part of the world - uninterrupted views of the countryside and walking distance to medieval town full of restaurants and historic buildings. Adele is the perfect host and as she lives in neighbouring property is on hand at all times. Highly recommended. 」

「Such a lovely place to spend a few days! Close to all the spots but also cozy for staying in and nice kitchen for cooking. I really recommend it! 」

「The apartment was just the right size and included a beautiful balcony view. It was located centrally in Orvieto allowing us to walk around to enjoy the gorgeous city and wonderful people. The host and his father were so very gracious and kind! I definitely would stay again!」
