「Fantastic place in Ortigia for travellers that are looking for something super nice located with nice view of San Giuseppe square,comfortable and tastefully decorated, spacious and really well priced. Riccardo who welcomed us was fantastic, friendly, relaxed and recommended some great places (chiodo is great) We didn't try the kitchen and I'm not sure the kettle works... washing machine works fine. 「The apartment is quite grand, high ceilings, painted ceilings, large common areas, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large balcony. First time in Ortigia and would recommend Ortigia and the apartment to anyone. The apartment is close to La Pizza Duomo. It’s a great location. The check-in process was easy. Would come back to Ortigia and to this apartment!」

「We absolutely loved our stay at the Seaview Design Home in Ortigia. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and even more stunning than the photos suggested. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Duomo, excellent restaurants, and the waterfront. Waking up to the view of the marina each morning was a highlight of our trip. This home made our time in Sicily truly memorable, and we would gladly stay here again.」

「La stanza sapeva di muffa, molto rumorosa soprattutto al mattino si sentiva chi scaricava in strada dalle ore 6 come se fosse dentro l’appartamento. La finestra non era minimamente isolata o oltre ai rumori Entrava la luce del lampione della strada ma non c’era la possibilità di oscurare. La televisione non funziona e il soffione della doccia era arrugginito. Consegna delle chiavi in ritardo di 15 minuti rispetto all’appuntamento previsto. 」

「Nice location, but flat was not properly furnished as far as the kitchen is concerned. Difficult to communicate with the local people in charge of the apartment, although we spoke fluently Italian. 」

「The host, Ettore, couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was stunning and had everything you need. It was quiet and very well situated - lots of restaurants within 3 minutes walk and the sea is just down the road. The nearest beach is under 10 minutes away. 」

"家族経営でしょうか、レセプションの方々がとても素晴らしく親切で人懐こく、非常に気持ち良い滞在でした。窓からは海が間近に見え、水平線の彼方に美しい日の出をみることができます。奥さまは日本がお好きらしく、それもまた快適な滞在の要因になりました。階段しかないので荷物が重いと大変ですが、ご主人が親切にも持ってあがってくれました。"

"シラクサのメインエリア、オルティジャ島の先端に位置しているため街中の散策に便利です。朝ごはんもバライティ豊かで美味しかったです。夜遅くまで営業しているレストランに隣接しているため部屋の位置によっては騒がしい可能性があることと、トイレやシャワーなどの水回りが少し古い点が気になりましたがおおむね満足した滞在となりました。"
