"The apartment is nicer than the photos. It is spacious with nice rooms and a combined living-kitchen. It was clean with nice towels provided. The location is perfect in a quiet street in the part of ortigia close to the parking spots on the mainland. There are a couple of great restaurants in the street. The apartment has a balcony, but not much of a view. The communication with the rental agent was very smooth. The electricity system is old and it took a while to realise we had to turn on the...

"The property is very well located in the heart of Ortigia and a 5 minute walk from most attractions. The property is well furnished and equipped and the terrace makes it extra special. Veryhelpful to have three bathrooms and double rooms for a larger party. The property manager was very helpful and gave good check in information. "The apartment has a lovely terrace and is in a great location. The apartment has plenty of air conditioning and lots of amenities as well. Eg washing machine. Needs a mirror as only a small mirror in bathroom , I would recommend and stay again "

"We feel deeply deceived. This was not a vacation, but a physically and mentally exhausting ordeal. The apartment was in shocking disrepair and completely unfit for rest. A deafening water pump next to the bedrooms activated every 5–10 minutes, making sleep impossible. We were forced to nap during the day to recover.
