There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mustafa, who made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is a bit away from the marina center of Bodrum, but it’s only about a 10-minute taxi ride, and there’s a taxi stop nearby. You can also reach the sea on foot in just 5 minutes.
