「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. 」

「We loved the locaton of this apartment. We loved how close it was to the metro. It was nice to have a grocery store in the same building. The apartment was clean and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much. 」

「Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero...

「Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Doppelschlafsofa war bequem für zusätzliche Gäste, und das Badezimmer war sauber und modern. Besonders genossen habe ich das warme Wasser in der Dusche nach einem langen Tag in Paris.」

「Nous avons apprécié la position géographique de l appartement et l appartement lui même. Par contre le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas à notre arrivée et la cafetière avait besoin d'être détartrée. Il y a un restaurant en dessous qui met la musique un peu forte par moment, sans empêcher toutefois de dormir. La communication avec l hôte est parfaite. Je recommande ce logement.」
