"Convenient location, seemed a bit paranoid re neighbors' reactions. we had no problems, parking was adequate for at least 4 cars out front. Pots & pans were well used, but seemed clean. VERY hot the week we were here but the AC worked great."

"We chose the hottest week to visit Chico. Luckily the air conditioner worked perfectly indoors and the pool outside was just the right temperature to cool us off. The kids had a blast. We had ten people and I’d say three bedrooms made for a tight fit. If you’re not family it would be better 6-9. We loved the place though and would cone back."

"This was a great place, super clean and cute. Hosts were super responsive. They only thing I would say is that it really only sleeps 6 in beds, unless you plan on bringing an air mattress for the "game room". There was a futon mattress but on the floor. Not very comfortable for adults."

"My family of 5 really enjoyed this house. There is a playroom which my 3 children LOVED. Check in was very easy and fast. We even stayed an extra night and communicating was very easy and fast responses. The only negative thing I have to say is the slider door lock didn’t work properly which made us very uncomfortable but my husband figured something out and everything was fine after that. Large backyard which our children loved as well. Nice neighborhood. Would love to stay again!"

"Visiting my daughter before her Sophmore year starts at Chico State and we had a wonderful stay. We were able to relax and cook together. This is one of the only Vrbo's that has a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook food. The neighboring house that is managed by the same people is also very nice and fully stocked. We definately stay at one of these houses again, depending on how many people are visiting. Thank you!"

"This place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and comfortable on every level and anything we could possibly need was already provided! The view was great, we loved to drink our coffee and watch the sun rise and moon set on the back porch. Charlie, the dog, was so sweet, we loved his visits, my kids wished they could keep him! The hosts were very quick to respond whenever I reached out to them. I cannot recommend this place enough and we wi definitely stay here again whenever we are...
