Wonderful host

Our host worked with use to change our date at last minute. We were traveling across the country and plans changed slightly. She went out of her way to work with us. Would definitely rent one of her properties again! House was beautiful.

Unfortunate

We booked Misha's Cottage and when we arrived it wasn't ready for us. I reached out to Misha and she was on it right away and quickly booked us into another of her properties nearby. Unfortunately, the new place had about 18 stairs and we had someone who couldn't do stairs, so we had to decline that. Misha worked very hard on trying to get the original place cleaned for us but as we had just traveled about 1100 miles by car we were not willing to wait and ended up getting a hotel room. I want to make clear that Misha was very good about doing what she could but as she was out of town herself, she was limited to making calls and doing what she could from somewhere else. Misha was quick to refund our money no questions asked. I would recommend one of Misha's places based on the great customer service she offered and how she handled the bad situation.
