"From check in to check out , staff member Guelena was so welcoming and helped us. She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. We are coming back soon and we hope to see her again. Mustapha and Melika "

"There’s no much in this just very simple room. No hair dryer. No staff during the day and breakfast was just very plain not much to choose. Other wise just good for staying at night nothing much to expect."

"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"Nice place, easy to find, very clean with complimentary tea! Stayed there with our family with three young kids and found it very nice and huge. Came there at night and been provided with very clear instructions of how to get the keys and how to get inside the hotel. "
