「The property was ideal for our stay in the North East Kingdom. It is a very clean, comfortable, well equipped, newly renovated, nicely furnished cottage. The beds are comfortable. It is very close to Crystal Lake - about a mile away - which has a sandy beach, boats for rent and is very scenic. We came to the North East Kingdom to hike and we hiked Pisgah, Wheeler and Hor Mountains and also did a very pleasant hike in Perry Holbrook State Park. 「We had a wonderful weekend stay. The cottage was perfect, the back lawn was perfect to fish from,play and soak up the sun. 「Beautiful views and plenty of space in this lakeside house and cottage. There were 6 of us and the space was perfect. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we made the best of it. Lots of games and fun! Loved the porches for our morning coffee. Living area was nice and cozy with plenty of seating. We hope to return in better weather to take advantage of the private dock and firepits. Thanks for sharing with us!」

「We had beautiful week. Nice cabin. The screen porch overlooking the lake was great. Owner was very nice. There was nothing in listing about bedding not provided. Pictures were taken with bedding on the beds. A Dock would have been huge plus. Very good value for the price.」

「This was our first VRBO booking and we couldnt ask for a better place to stay! The house is beautiful and more than comfortable and so clean. We loved the yard and the outdoor fire pit while enjoying tubing in the snow! A perfect getaway! Close to downtown grocery store, bakery, pizza and gas- adorable town. We will definitely book The Copper Mouse again and next time for a longer getaway! It was the greatest experience making the best memories. Thank you again.」

The record player was a nice nostalgic touch to a relaxing weekend. Easy drive to Jay Peak. In the winter it may be hard to park two cars. Looking forward to staying again next season.」

「Cottage was perfect! Very comfortable and had all the cooking supplies we needed! Older community for sure so glad we had a low key intention for our weekend. The best part was the private beach that only a few others were using at the same time so it felt like we had it all to ourselves! We would absolutely stay here again!」

「Although the weather did not really cooperate (rained for the first 2 days), we still found the home cozy, peaceful and and the area serene. A beautiful location right on the lake. We go once a year with our four wheelers to northern Vermont and this was a great riding area. Lots of trails with stops along the way (Parker Pies, Bakersfield, Morgan Store). Jim and his wife were there when we arrived. Very nice people. Would recommend to hikers, ATV'ers, and just folks who want to get away. PS....
