    **The home has been completely renovated with new theme bedrooms, new LVP flooring throughout, and fresh accent walls in the Private Home Theater with karaoke machine,

    -LIVING ROOM: 20 Foot Video Wall! Enjoy watching your favorite shows on an extra large TV in the living room.

    -KITCHEN/DINNING RM: has plenty of seating for your whole family. The two large dining room tables can seat up to 16 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is completely stocked with all dinnerware, flatware, and pot & pans. Complete with 2 large fridges and 2 dishwashers.

    -RESORT: guests have full access to the Veranda Palms Resort at no additional cost. Enjoy the large pool, fitness center, kids' play area, and relaxing in shade.

    POOL/JACUZZI HEATING:

    Pool and jacuzzi heating is available for $30 per day with a minimum of 3 days. Please provide at least 2 daysā€™ notice if you would like to add this service. Keep in mind that, depending on the weather, it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to fully heat, so we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Thank you for your understanding!

    BBQ USAGE:

    A one-time fee of $50 applies for the use of the BBQ, regardless of the number of days you use it. Propane will be provided for your convenience.
    We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your stay!

    PARKING:

    You can park up to 7 cars in the driveway. Please note there is no street parking at anytime. The Resort will tow all cars parked on the street (even for unloading), and on the grass. There is some additional parking near the clubhouse but it does fill up quickly. Thank you for your understanding!

Host is a great communicator! The pool was a perfect temperature and the games and bowling were great! He did add a pool table and the putt putt is just a mat now, but we enjoyed the pool table and did not miss the putt putt. Soap at every bathroom sink and soap, shampoo and conditioner in showers was a pleasant surprise. We also loved the Christmas Tree! It was a nice get away.

Kids had smiles for days!

The joy on our kids faces when they walked in says it all. The themed rooms are great and you can tell someone took a lot of time painting all of the murals. The pool was perfect for our family, the tv by it was so fun. The downstairs tv was nothing other than jaw dropping, how fun! The house is well loved, we would stay again if we came back to Orlando.

Perfect Orlando Getaway

This property is even more majestic in person. Parmi is an amazing host. She was quick with communication and provided a welcoming atmosphere. We were a family of almost 30, there for a family reunion. There was never a need to leave the property. The amenities were perfect for every age. Loved the 2 refrigerators and dishwashers. Perfect to accommodate such a large group. Although in a large development, you felt like it was a private getaway. Everything was clean and well cared for.

There were no real complaints. we did not have enough forks and spoons and the shower curtains only had the cloth curtin. Both of thewe issues were quickly resolved.Everyone had a great time. Some things were unexpected such as the jumbo tron screen in the family/kitchen room. we overall evjoyed visit very much. I would suggest that the blue dinine table chairs need to be replaced as the seats are not very padded and one was even broken on the side. I think that there should be a few extra rolls of toilet paper for emergencies. Those would be my only suggestions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this facility to others that were planning a family reunion. Thank you for having our family!

Great family house!

The house was very clean and great for our large family! The kitchen/great room area was perfect for our family of 24. Lots of seating and room for everyone. The gas grill was also very handy for meals. The kids loved all the themed bedrooms, the game room and the bowling alley were also a big hit! It was close to Disney and Sea world. Target, Samā€™s club and other shopping is close by. We also enjoyed time at the pool and the pool at the clubhouse with an in the water playground. Our host Parmi was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house.

Family Celebration

The host Parmi was exceptional! Responded quickly to every question, concern , and need. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to use all the amenities this home has to offer and we were enjoying our stay. The theaters (living room, theater room and pool area tv system is amazing. We really never had to leave this house but we did to go to the clubhouse Pool which is great for kids. The bowling alley and game room were awesome. The kids of all ages all had a blast! This house and host has our highest recommendation - we will be back! Donā€™t hesitate to book this one - itā€™s worth every penny!

Perfect Home for Large Group

This home was the perfect setting for my 60th Birthday celebration. We comfortably had 22 people which included 2 children. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus. The dining are was great as between the seat at the island and the large table everyone was always together. We were able to cook all our meals and the 2 refrigerators were so helpful. Plenty of towels (pool and bath) and kitchen appliances and utensils. We used mostly all of the amenities, pool, hot tub, bowling alley, karaoke theater. Everything was functional and easy to use. Sunday Football on the big screen was amazing!!! We had to contact Parmi several times for minor instances (door code, internet outage and garbage pick up) and each time she responded immediately. Highly recommend this property. I would consider renting again and will be recommending this to our friends / family.

Family trip 21 - Ages 6 months to 55

First I want to say the communication on this rental is AMAZING! We rent a lot of houses and the service we received here was great. We needed 2 pack in plays and a high chair all were there when we got there. Anything we needed was answered right away! The house is what it looks like online. We did not feel cramped at all there was plenty of space for all of us. Lots of seating for meals inside and out. The pool was heated and a big hit. Game room was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 washer and dryers and 2 dishwashers which were amazing to have with our lg group. We were surprised there was not salt, pepper or oils or anything like that left from other renters. We left ours so hopefully they stay there for the next renters. We parked 4 mini vans perfectly. Overall great experience! Things that Id like to bring to attention. Biggest thing I saw was the pool fence might as well not be there it is not in good condition - ripped on the bottom and there is an area on the bottom a baby could get through also there are poles that would not close which our 2 yr old stepped right through. Washer downstairs very hard to move knob was scared we were going to break it. Need new garbage bin one with lid until replaced we suggest taking trash out in the morning so animals do not get it. We will rent again if we come back to Orlando. Great distance from Disney and airport.

Such an amazing house. The bowling alley is elite and the giant screens everywhere are very nice! Bathrooms inside every bedroom, and the house is fully stocked with dishes and other things we needed. Highly recommended!
