The Villa
A supreme, brand new 9 bedroom villa, with 15 beds accommodating up to 20 guests, only a 15 minute drive to Disney and featuring a stunning private pool/spa/patio area.
Perfect for relaxing after a day at the theme parks. The pool area is fully enclosed and private with an outdoor shower and bathroom, also an outdoor dining table and lounge area, making it a great place to spend time with your family and friends and enjoy the Florida sunshine on your private sun deck.
Inside, the home is bright, spacious and beautifully appointed. With 9 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The open concept floor plan of the main living area includes a large kitchen, dining room, and living room. Sit and enjoy your morning coffee at the large island with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, ice makers, all kitchen utensils, silverware pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee makers/machines, everything you need for an amazing stay.
Each of the 9 bedrooms (all with tv"s) have been decorated with comfort and style in mind, and all feature sumptuous beds and plenty of storage space. The home also has 9 bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to get ready in the morning. There are 2 king bedrooms and bathrooms located on the first floor.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, work station with high-speed internet, children’s pack & play and high chair and all of the linens and towels you'll need for your stay.
Aquapark Waterpark
On-site waterpark that features huge drop slides, twisting and turning raft rides, a swimming pool, a children’s splash area, and private cabanas.
When staying at the Encore/Reunion resort, you will also be in very close proximity to various dining options as well as a marketplace for last-minute items. (The villa is also just under a 7-minute drive from Walmart).
