It is April 2024 and I am still waiting for a refund that has never shown on my credit card statement. There were several issues with the house - i.e. no internet, no wifi, took many visits from tech people to get all working, edit room tv never worked the entire week (was voice activated which didn't work - 3 remotes didn't have backs on them and didn't work), we were at location at 4:00 to checkin and we got a call that property would not be available until 6:30 because insufficient cleaning staff. We also had groceries to be delivered at 5:00. For the expense, we were very disappointed. Because of late check-in, I guess it is your policy to charge client, but because it was not our fault, we were told we would at least get a $90 refund, but that has never happened. I would not recommend this management group. We had really bad experience and had alot of money invested. And the gas grill that we rented was a joke. Small and could hardly use. We have rented many properties and have never been charged for a gas grill. Also, the kitchen needed lots of equipment. There were no measuring spoons/cups and all of the pots/pans were huge. A trip to Dollar Tree and about $20 would have been a great plus for the kitchen.
