The Space:
Step through the front door and feel the warm Florida breeze drift onto the screened-in patio, where the scent of tropical flowers mingles with the gentle splash of your private pool. Inside, elegant interiors invite you to unwind in a spacious living area that feels both grand and intimate, perfect for gathering after a day at the theme parks. Imagine evenings spent soaking in the hot tub under a canopy of stars, then drifting to sleep in a themed bedroom that sparks the imagination of both kids and adults.
Sleeping arrangements
Downstairs hosts the Primary bedroom with a King Bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find five additional rooms: a second King Bed in the “King” suite, the “Star Wars” room with a Twin Bunk and a Trundle Bed, the “Wakanda” room with two Twin Beds, and two Queen rooms (Queen A and B) each with a Queen bed. Altogether the villa comfortably sleeps 13 guests across six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with a shared half bathroom on the lower level.
Living area
The open‑plan living room offers ample seating for the whole family, creating a natural hub for movie nights or relaxed conversation. Large windows frame views of the pool and garden, letting natural light fill the space throughout the day.
Outdoor living
Step out onto the screened-in patio where loungers line the private pool, and a hot tub awaits with the option to add heat for extra comfort. A separate outdoor dining area provides space for al fresco meals, while the community water park and clubhouse are just a short walk away, offering additional splash‑fun without leaving the resort.

The Neighborhood:
An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.
Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.
Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
