* The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

* You are welcome to bring up to two pets. A pet fee of $30/night per pet will be applied after the reservation is confirmed.

* If you wish to have the jacuzzi warmed during your stay, there is a $20 fee per night (Must be for the entire stay). Payment will be requested after the reservation is confirmed.
- Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

- Guests are required to carefully review the full listing details before booking. Failure to read all disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify you for a refund.

- If the guest chooses to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed.

- If you wish to have the jacuzzi warm and prepared for you during your stay, there is a fee of $20/night (must be for the entire stay). If you do not request this with us, the jacuzzi will not be turned on during your stay. Payment will be requested through the resolution center and due before check-in time.

- All pets must be mentioned and approved during the booking process. This helps us ensure that our space can comfortably and safely accommodate your furry friend. The pet fee is $30/night per pet (Required before check-in, fee sent through the resolution center)(Maximum of 2 pets). For stays longer than a week, they will be provided a flat rate. Please message us for more details.

- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.

- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee of $50. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to try and accommodate you and your family.

- Checkout is by 10am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our checkout hours as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.

- We can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests at any given time. It`s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 11 guests with an extra guest fee of $15/night per guest (with permission from host).

- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The person making the reservation will be required to submit a photo of their ID through messages after the reservation is confirmed. If a reservation is made by someone under the age of 21 a deposit will be required.

- You will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area.

- Please wipe your shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

- No parties or events.

- No fireworks of any kind.

- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.

- Please, no food or drinks inside the bedrooms.

- Use the grill, jacuzzi, and hammock at your own risk.

- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.

- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.

**We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
