Cheer National 2025

Everything was very nice and clean. The only issue I had was there seemed to have been a recent leak in the ceiling in the kitchen area and it seemed like it may have had some black mold on the ceiling and around vents. We were so busy that I didn’t get a chance to tell the manager. I took a picture to show the manager.if needed. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay and would recommend this unit.

Perfect stay for girls trip

The condo was very nicely decorated and had all of the things we needed for our 5 day stay. Communication with the property owner/manager was prompt and very easy. The only things negative we have to say about the property are as follows: Shower heads were not sufficient for gals with thick curly hair. Some hand held shower heads might be a nice addition….at least one anyway. And sometimes there was no hot water in the kitchen sink. Two of the mattresses were very firm which might be ok for some people but were not entirely comfy for us. Truth be told we were so exhausted from all day in the nearby parks we basically fell asleep as soon as we got in bed. All in all our stay was a 9.5 out of 10 and we’d definitely stay again.

Summit Stay

We enjoyed the stay we stayed in Windsor before the only thing I would say about this property is that the pool and the area around the pool needed cleaning so we could not use a pool. The entryway was hard to get out of because the landscape was not as trimmed up as it should’ve been. The bathroom upstairs seat did not drain adequately and the stairs were squeaky so they tend to wake people up

Cute, clean, comfy and convenient!

We just got home and would love to go right back. This home was clean, super cute (especially, the Star Wars room!) and homey feeling. It had everything we needed and the whole process was easy! Our daughter loved the pool and water slide in the complex, too!!! Highly recommend!

Great Disney stay

We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills for several years while we visit Disney parks and it continues to be the perfect location. Our host had excellent communication and the property was clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

It was a pj sandwich under the bed that my kids could of thought it was ok yo eat 😞 it was peanuts under the living room table and the pool/hot tub was never hot 🤔 how you expect me to leave something clean and it wasn’t found clean and false advertising was looking forward to having a hot tub n home/yard

Great Stay

Our Family of 4 stayed for a week. I would absolutely stay there again. The property was beautiful and clean. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Having kids we appreciated the lock and alarm system for the pool. Another thing I really liked what that all the tv’s had a big selection of regular channels. We don’t spend a ton of time inside watching tv but it’s nice to have the option when we are, I feel like most rental properties have weird tv set ups with limited options. The zero gravity chairs by the pool were very comfy.

Never rented from VRBO before!

I was pleasantly surprised. How easy everything went. From the check in to check out. Very clean and kid friendly. Nice to have the pool right there for a quick swim before bedtime. Only thing i would of changed would of been the patio furniture. And that is really nothing. Great place to vacation.... Will definitely be back!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY

When you travel to Orlando with plans to spend time with your family at the Disney Parks, you do not intend to spend your time searching for a new property you can actually stay at due to health and safety issues with the VRBO you pre-paid for. We have been to Disney for many years with our family and have stayed on Disney property as well as renting several VRBO properties over the years. We have always had a good experience and generally we don't take the time to comment on these sites. I am certain my review will be taken out of context when the host responds, but my hope is to save another family from wasting their time and money staying here. My family arrived very late (around 4 am) due to travel issues, so we did not get a chance to inspect the property until late morning after sleeping for a few hours. The property is advertised as NEW, which is not accurate. It also states it sleeps 8 which is also not accurate, unless you plan on sleeping on the couch. The pull-out chair bed did not have a mattress so if that is the 7th or 8th spot to sleep on, it was not an option regardless. After only a few hours, two of my family members woke up with breathing issues and it was very clear by looking at the ceiling vents (every single one) there were significant issues. We took pictures for back up as I am sure you will hear from the host that their unit is always cleaned etc. Unfortunately, you cannot stay at a property when your family cannot breathe in the unit (but were fine within a few minutes of walking outside). I notified the host and received a message 19 hours later. If you look at your VRBO agreement, the host has 24 hours to respond. So yes, if you go by the agreement, no communication issues, but when your family cannot stay in the property due to clear negligence that is causing your family health issues, it is unfortunate when you have to pay for two properties in one week. I was hopeful they would look into the issue and respond appropriately, but the host only reminded me I have a contract. My suggestion that part of our stay be refunded due to the property being unsafe for my family to stay at was then twisted as extortion. As you look at the owner's response, which I'm sure will follow mine, I would think very hard about why I would waste my time doing one of these reviews if this is inaccurate. There are plenty of properties to rent in the Orlando area so I would suggest finding a different one.

Family Disney Trip (Feb. 2023)

Family of 7. (Kids ages ranged from 9-18) We booked this property because of its location to the Disney parks, the amenities at the property and the price. We were not disappointed! This property was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly. It is a gated resort which gives you a little more comfort in knowing that not just anyone can come in. The location to the Disney parks was even better than expected. We could be at any of the parks in about 10 minutes. A little longer getting home because of traffic but I am so happy that after a long day we could be "home" in less than 20 minutes. We had a free day that we were able to use the clubhouse pool for the day. The kids especially liked the water slides. The home is very clean and comfortable. It is decorated very well. Not overdone but still enough to keep you excited and into the "Disney Spirit". I gladly recommend this property to anyone looking to go to Disney. Or even just to stay and do whatever activities you're interested in around the area.
