Oakwater is a gated community. 72 hours prior to arrival, we will send you a `Welcome Packet` with the gate code as well as your personalized door code to access your unit.



* Note that this home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or anyone to greet you.



As this is a self-catering home, you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished.

Perfect stay!

Located in a secure, clean and friendly private community, this stay has been perfect. Close proximity to the parks and nearby destinations such as Lake Buena Vista & Celebration, we’ve found our 2 week stay to be the best visit so far! We love the decor, and vibe at the property, it’s perfect for us! We will absolutely be back!
