Summary:
We are pleased to present this lovely two-bedroom, two bathroom southerly facing terraced bungalow which is superbly located in the Los Dolses area. The property has access to a superb communal pool which makes it an ideal place for a family holiday. The apartment is a short walk from the Los Dolses Commerical Centre where there is a supermarket and bars and restaurants. For those wishing to enjoy a game of golf there are numerous golf courses within a 5 minutes’ drive. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
The bungalow is located on a small alleyway leading from a quiet street with street parking outside.
You enter the property directly into the lounge, dining room and american style kitchen. The kitchen is at the front of the property with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob plus everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The lounge has large patio doors that open out onto the southerly terrace. In the airconditioned lounge there are 2 two-seater sofas around a nice glass top coffee table, the Smart TV has spanish programmes and and a circular dining table for you to enjoy your evening meal.
From the lounge you go up a small hallway to a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. Opposite the twin bedroom is a family bathroom with bath/shower. Both bedrooms have nice fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
From the lounge you walk through the patio doors onto a south facing terrace, where you can sit and enjoy your breakfasts and evening drinks. There are 4 lovely sunbeds on the terrace and outside dining table, chairs and parasol. There are stairs leading up to a sun terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing evening, sitting at the comfortable sofa , table and chairs.
This apartment has beautiful views over the ravene and is completely private..
The apartment benefits from a large garage space to keep your car cool during the hot summer days.
A few minutes walk away there is a lovely grassed communal pool at the end of the street, which has a children’s and adults pool.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located In a small urbanisation in Los Dolses within a 10 minute walk to Los Dolses Commercial Centre where there a numerous bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket Dial Prix is close to Los Dolses Commercial Centre and all major supermarkets are within a 5 minutes’ drive away. Zenia Boulevard with 100´s of shops and restaurants and Villa Martin Plaza with many restaurants and bars are a 5 minutes’ drive away-
The nearest beach is a 5 to 10 minute drive at La Zenia where there are sun loungers, parasols and beachbars. There are numerous blue flag beaches along the Orihuela Costa
