Kamaoli is a charming duplex apartment ideally located in the heart of the Orient Bay village in Saint-Martin:

Kamaoli is located in the private park of Orient Bay which is certainly the most popular tourist site in Saint-Martin for the beauty of its beach and its environment, its activities, its restaurants and beach bars and even its shops.

The Orient Bay private park is guarded 7x7 days and 24x24 hours by security teams supported by video surveillance cameras.

You will not need a car during your stay, you can do everything on foot, unless you want to explore the other areas of the island of 37 beaches

The location of this property is perfect: one block to the beach, one block to the grocery store, many different restaurants, and coffee shops, and shopping. The property was perfect for us (husband and wife, with 19 year old son). Having two floors gave everyone their own space. Every morning who ever was up first walked over to get fresh croissants and fruit so we could have breakfast on the deck and listen to the ocean. Hummingbirds and geckos visited the gardens around the building. The beach is amazing and several beach clubs are within close proximity. Owner/manager is very responsive. We rented a car but you could easily come to the property without a car and stay a week without getting bored.

Can't beat the location. Has all the amenities you need in walking distance. Close to the beach. Highly recommend.
