Florence was so friendly and made some helpful suggestions about places for local visits. The breakfast was excellent and changed each morning. "We weren't originally planning to be in the Orford area. Had issue with a rental on another platform and found a replacement property for 4 nights instead of 14. Then found this property which was available for 8 night. It was an impulse rental, but so glad we rented. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and like the title says, most equipped! We like to cook on vacation, and usually have to buy or improvise for cookware, dishes, supplies, etc. Not this time. We were really sad to leave for home. The host was super responsive and accommodating. There was a book with property info, dining suggestions, and tourist attractions. The wifi info was provided when we booked, unlike many places who provide it after arrival."
