sorry wrong venue
I attended a professional geology convention here for 4 days. Nice to meet long-time geology colleagues of the Geological Society of America. Underground parking was $12 per day. The Oregon Convention Center is quite large so that it typically has two or three simultaneous conventions of different groups.
Max didn't stop there during construction
Streetcar and lightrail go there.
The concession stands ran out of vegetarian sandwiches during my convention. I recommend grabbing a sandwich of some other portable food from somewhere outside of the center so you don't get stuck.
