"We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea. Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. "We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a good choice to spend the night here and take a day trip to the busy San Sebastian. It was convenient to have breakfast included."

"Perfect for Basque Country!"

"A hidden gem. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. "

"Great small hotel with lively restaurant"

"Small town but enough for all your needs. Service was excellent, friendly, would definitely visit again."

"Excellent location, very clean"

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"Beautiful location!"

"Hotel was nice, easy check in but really Really small town, there’s nothing to do. I was there for business meetings, I had to go to Bilbao for having fun "

"Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd."

"Todo perfecto"
