The Space:
**Welcome to License to Chill!** Nestled in the lush Virginia countryside along the serene shores of Lake Anna, this stunning lakefront property offers an idyllic retreat for family reunions or group getaways. With breathtaking views and an abundance of outdoor and indoor activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The spacious home features 16 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests.
Inside, entertainment options abound. The game room comes complete with a kitchen, wet bar, shuffle board table, air hockey, and foosball table. The main living area exudes a sophisticated clubhouse vibe with its vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a massive TV above the fireplace. The open floor plan encourages a sense of togetherness, allowing conversations to flow seamlessly throughout the space.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar, perfect for cooking up delicious meals. Enjoy these meals at the large formal dining table, where you can create cherished memories over home-cooked dinners or family game nights. The luxurious primary bedroom offers a private sanctuary with balcony access, a TV, and a lavish en suite bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. With plenty of additional bedrooms and bathrooms, every guest will feel comfortable and well-accommodated.
Step outside to dine alfresco on the expansive deck overlooking the lake, or gather around the firepit for s’mores and stargazing. - Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- Streaming services available with guests' accounts.
- Enjoy free parking for up to 8 vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- Garage is locked and not available for guest use.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- $40 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
Guest Access:
You have full access to our entire house, our property, and boat house. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!
Interaction with Guests:
We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
