The view from the condo was amazing and it was great being able to just leave our condo and walk straight to the beach. Plenty of room we had 3 kiddos and 3 adults. Will be booking this condo again next year!

My family and I just returned home from a great trip. We go to OB every year but this was our first time staying in this condo. We had 5 adults and 3 children aged 3-10. We felt like it was enough room for us. The appliances are very nice and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. The balcony is what sold us on this unit. It is large with very nice, sturdy furniture. I loved the two seat glider, the large table, and the two higher chairs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. My MIL and husband’s grandma did report that their pillowcases were soiled but they washed them and that took care of it. We do wish we had the option to put the thermostat lower than 72. I told my husband that I am ready to book this place again for next year. Overall great experience.

Family Getaway

Overall the unit was very nice. Beds and sofa were very comfortable and very clean. However, a lot of the electrical sockets didn’t work and the garbage disposal was also broken. There were no forks and only 1 garbage bag when we arrived. Even with the minor issues I listed, I would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future.

Nice but maintenance was useless

The condo was nice and clean, big balcony. When we got there we went to the store got groceries and found out the ice maker and refrigerator were not working. I put in a call to maintenance who showed up the next day at 3pm after my most of my groceries had spoiled/ melted. My brother had came that morning and ended up fixing the fridge so when the maintenance man came he said oh I’ll put a ticket in for a new ice maker and left. Never saw anyone again. Ice at the condo is $6 a bag. Parking is horrible only two cars for a three bedroom and overflow parking is NOT walking distance.

Mirrors make it look bigger

The property was beautiful, building was well maintained. The condo has a full wall of mirrors so it looks bigger in the picture but overall a beautiful place to stay.

My only complaints

We loved the condo. The only complaint we had was that we felt it could have been cleaned better. The bottom granddaughters feet were black after 5 minutes of walking around throughout the condo. And the cabinets in the kitchen had food stains on them, and the ceiling fans and baseboards were very dirty.

Amazing condo with a beautiful view.

The balcony alone makes this one of the nicest places to stay in Orange Beach. A pub height dinner table with comfortable seating offers the perfect view of the gulf. We ate breakfast out there every morning and it was the highlight of our trip. The condo is very well maintained with plenty of room for our family of 5. The only issue we had was waiting an hour after our checkin time to be able to get in the condo.

Location of the property was great. Beach was great area restaurants great the condo itself was good. Mirrored walls were streaky not cleaned properly beds had not been cleaned underneath for weeks. Other than that we had a great day. I would stay again.

Great layout & location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Pointe! Location is prime but not too close to the busiest part of Orange Beach. The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the kitchen. We especially loved the large porch & patio furniture!

Awesome balcony

Very nice place. Balcony is the best!! Very large and the chairs are comfortable. Needs blackout curtains in the 2 rooms off the hallway. Rooms are a good size and clean. Water pressure in showers is fabulous!

Perfect for our vacation!

This vacation home was perfect! The pictures didn’t do the house or view justice. They have an all day text line that responds very quickly for any needs. The complex was easy to manage and the community was nice! The pool and hot tub were accessible for our stay. The house was very modern and up to date. Just bring extra toilet paper and towels and you will be set!

Great condo with an unexpected

Condo was great. We were told after we made final payment about pool closure and possible balcony closure. It wasn’t until we arrive that we became aware of total balcony closure along with drilling/sanding of balconies starting at 8 each morning. We did contact Liquid Life and ask for compensation, but were told none could be given. It’s just disheartening when you save for a trip and get all 5 friends on the same date to go to have to awaken to construction and closures.

Beach Vacation

Everything was very nice clean with spectacular views. There was some work being done at the location that was mentioned in the disclosure but very briefly and me and my family were annoyed with it from time to time. The loud hammering made us have to leave the condo and we were not able to use our balcony or any of the outside pools because of the work being done. The trip was good except for those issues. I will do it again but I will read the disclosure in more detail,

Ripped off!

First of all I do want to say that the property and pictures are very accurate. It was clean, beds were comfy with nice pillows and linens, everything was updated and beautiful with the exception of kitchen and bathrooms. Here’s where I had a problem. Approximately 2 weeks before our vacay I got an email saying that there may be a possibility of the outdoor pool being closed due to repairs. Well, ok? Not too bad since we try to spend as much time as possible. Then 2 days before our trip I was notified by text that our balcony would be inaccessible, the outdoor pool would be closed, and there would be construction on the property. What? Of course, maintenance has to be done to these condo buildings. I get that, but those repairs are planned months/year ahead of time. Yet, I was only notified just in time to not be refunded and stay somewhere else. So I swallow it and pack my bags anyway. Get to town at 4:30pm with a 3pm check in and still had not received my lock code. Contacted the property manager who apologized that the room wasn’t ready due to cleaning. Are you kidding me? I was sent a text the next day from the Liquid Life property managers asking “How is everything going with your condo?”, to which I replied with all of these same concerns and have only heard crickets since. This was definitely not worth the money I spent on this condo and feel like they should’ve been up-front about these things to give the person booking an opportunity to spend their money elsewhere or offer a discounted rate for the discounted experience.

Lucky last minute reservation

We had an unexpected family event that required us to be in the Orange Beach area. We were concerned we wouldn’t be able to find a condo to accommodate our group of seven given it is the height of the summer season rentals. We were so thankful this condo met more than our expectations!! The pics on the website give a true picture of what it looks like. The reservation process was really easy and the rental company quickly responded to any questions I had. The condo has a big balcony with an amazing view and it has really nice furniture so a family can enjoy meal time on the balcony if desired. The decor and cleanliness of the property is great! Comfy furniture throughout the condo and a well equipped kitchen allows for family meal prep. The property has a fabulous indoor pool and outdoor pool and hot tub as well. We would definitely book this condo again if we are back in the area and it’s available.
